Lead a team responsible for the design, implementation and support of a comprehensive functional training and onboarding program to achieve operational excellence. Ensures the success and sustainability of the Associations’ functional training curricula through customized and immersive development programs, via targeted learning experiences and tools. Ensures training is aligned with the Associations’ culture, strategic objectives, vision, and values. Enable functional training through various learning technologies.
Lead a team responsible for developing the vision and strategies for lending and crop insurance technology applications. Ensure team has deep understanding of employee & customer needs through continuous discovery, identifies and fills technology application gaps, and generates new ideas that increase user satisfaction and drives efficiencies. Develops high level of communication, consistency, and knowledge sharing between business units. Accountable for developing adaptable and scalable technology solutions across all business units.
