Loan Officer Trainee

Position Summary:

Colonial Farm Credit has an excellent employment opportunity for a loan officer trainee to be shared between its Tappahannock VA and Hughesville MD offices. The Tappahannock office territory includes the Virginia counties of Caroline, Essex, King and Queen, King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland. The Hughesville office territory includes the Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Prince George’s, and St. Mary’s counties.


Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Support Specialist prepares reports, documents and inputs data for the Credit Analyst and Loan Officers to use in decision-making. The position offers support to the Loan Officer with customer questions and information a customer may need for their account.

Loan Officer

Position Summary:  Will be responsible for marketing, processing and servicing of mortgage and commercial loans within delegated authority consistent with Association lending policies.  Performs loan servicing tasks, which may include partial releases, subordinations, division orders, reamortizations, assumptions and insurance claims.
