Customer Relationship Specialist - Kerrville
Develops and organizes loan applicant information for review and analysis by loan officers and inputs pertinent loan data into credit delivery system. This may include input and spreading of financial information on routine and more complex loans, such as balance sheets, tax returns and data required to generate accurate credit scores.
Vice President - Operations / Chief Risk Officer
The Vice President – Operations/ Chief Risk Officer provides leadership and direction to the risk management and compliance functions of Farm Credit Services of Mandan. This position is a member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and business strategies; maintaining compliance with federal, district, and association regulations and policies; overseeing agribusiness, appraisal, information technology, internal audit, and loan closing/credit services, and providing support for internal controls over financial reporting.

The family of Financial Officer positions is responsible for marketing and promoting all of the Associations’ core products to an assigned full-time customer segment, as well as for building holistic relationships with customers and prospects. Advise customers in determining the best products to meet their financial needs. The incumbent will be highly organized and develop an in-depth understanding of each customer and prospect's current financial position and operational plan in order to provide innovative and workable product and service alternatives.
