Credit Analyst
The employee will assist loan officers in the analysis, servicing, and reporting of the Association’s mortgage and commercial loans. The employee will work directly with lending staff in the development of appropriate credit decisions and prepares other reports as requested by management.
Financial Officer
The family of Financial Officer positions is responsible for marketing and promoting all of the Associations’ core products to assigned part time farmer and landlord customer segment, as well as for building holistic relationships with customers and prospects. Advise customers in determining the best products to meet their financial needs. The incumbent will be highly organized and develop an in-depth understanding of each customer and prospect's current financial position and operational plan in order to provide innovative and workable product and service alternatives.

The Enterprise Tools Product Owner will be responsible for managing cloud based enterprise tools across IT, HR, Facilities, Risk Management, and Compliance. Ideal candidates will have experience with ServiceNow. Experience with Workday HCM is preferred.

Location: Mankato, MN / Lakeville, MN / Sun Prairie, WI This position contributes to the organization’s productive workforce by providing high quality Human Resources support in the areas of recruitment, orientation, college relations, employee orientation, employment brand social media initiative as well as additional Human Resources support for the organization’s team members and management. Establishes and maintains Compeer’s college relations program at the direction of HR leadership. May also assist in administrative/coordination support for the Learning & Development team.
