Position Overview: This position supports effective delivery of credit and financial products and services related to current and prospective Compeer Financial clients. This individual must present a professional image to the client and provide service which exceeds client expectations. Application Support Analyst
Location: Prairie du Sac, WI / Sun Prairie, WI / Normal, IL / Mankato, MN Position Overview: This position is responsible for responding to technical support requests for business applications. Serves as an escalation point for internal clients experiencing technical issues. Will triage support requests, document, prioritize and escalate issues to other support analysts when necessary. Will diagnose and resolve incidents based on product knowledge and track the resolution of escalated incidents. Reports on recurring issues or patterns and provides recommendations for enhancements or changes to the application as needed or requested.
