The position will train alongside the tenured Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Secretary and under her supervision, the position will: • effectively manage the corporate and governance functions of the Association • attend meetings of the board and board committees; accurately prepare minutes of the meetings for presentation and approval by chairman and board • coordinate the annual stockholders meeting to include nominating committee meeting, follow up communication and documentation from nominees/candidates, gathering and reviewing information for Annual Meeting Information Statement, ballot preparation, and coordinating tellers’ committee meeting • perform a broad range of administrative details of a highly confidential nature for the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer & Corporate Secretary • handle all board-related functions • assist with annual board self-assessment process and follow-up (as needed) • possess comprehensive knowledge of overall Association operations, policies, and procedures • assist with reviewing official loan coding and directors’ standards of conduct certifications • regularly assume broad variety of moderately complex administrative details such as arranging meetings, assembling reports containing confidential and sensitive information, and anticipating administrative needs of management and board
Intern Service Desk
Position Overview: This internship will provide hands on experience in the business technology team. The intern will learn how to track and resolve service desk telephone calls, support computer hardware and other business technology maintenance tasks.
Intern Credit Core
Position Overview: This internship will provide hands on experience in the credit and underwriting field, ideally for juniors or non-graduating seniors in college. The intern will learn how to process loan requests, loan servicing requests and other credit services for Compeer clients.
Location: Normal, IL / Sun Prairie, WI / Lakeville, MN / Mankato, MN Position Overview: This position collaborates with business units to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements acting as the liaison between the business units and technology teams for analysis of business needs. In addition, this individual partners with project teams on technology solutions, providing process expertise, training and documentation.
Location: Lakeville, MN / Rochester, MN / Sun Prairie, WI / Normal, IL Position Overview: This position is responsible for the development, enhancement and effective operations of data movement between various systems using ETL methodologies. Responsible for leading company database development efforts and coordinating with business users, consultants/contractors, vendors and internal team members to maximize the usage and value of company data assets.
Full Stack Developer
Position Overview: The primary purpose of this position is to support Compeer Financial’s Enterprise Financial Management team by understanding and assessing user needs and applying the appropriate technology to improve processes and meet required reporting needs. The individual ensures projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. The Systems Developer works with end-users to gather requirements, plan, develop, test, and support all activities related to the integration of software programs and applications into the organization’s financial operations information systems. The individual is responsible for daily management and operations of finance business applications including enhancements, bug fixes, interfaces and other business requests and is accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problems, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction. The individual is involved in new development, rather than vendor-based applications. The Systems Developer also provides written documentation on design and process flow, prioritizing and coordinating multiple small to medium projects at the same time, in order to meet expectations of internal clients.
Senior Credit Officer Diversified
Location: Lakeville, MN / Rochester, MN Position Overview: This position serves Compeer’s internal and external clients by supporting other team members and processing loan requests, loan servicing requests, and other credit services. This individual provides guidance and is a resource for structuring credit packages, as well as providing analysis and support for analysis of loan applications for new or renewed loans and loan servicing. This individual will approve/deny loans within delegated authority and completes the analysis and loan structuring efforts for larger, more complex loans.
Associate Insurance Officer
Position Overview: This position manages a crop insurance book of business by functioning in an inside sales role and services existing policies focusing on retention and cross-selling, typically interacting with clients in the office, on the farm (as needed) or via phone, mail or text. The individual collaborates with the insurance team and provides support in the following areas including: entering and processing claims, reviewing and gathering documents, scanning and filing documents and communicating with clients.
Position Overview: The Appraisal Representative will assist regional appraisers in producing high quality appraisals. The individual will obtain and analyze sales data information and accurately plat legal descriptions for sales and subject properties.

Position Overview: This position supports effective delivery of credit and financial products and services related to current and prospective Compeer Financial clients. This individual must present a professional image to the client and provide service which exceeds client expectations. In addition, this individual works very closely with other team members to service all aspects of client relationships and provides general office support to the office, as needed.
