Catherine Moyer joined the board of directors in 2020. She is chief executive officer and general manager of Pioneer Communications and chief executive officer of High Plains Telecommunications Inc., telecommunications providers located in Ulysses, Kansas. Moyer serves on the CoBank board of directors, is vice chair of the Federal Communications Commission Precision Ag Connectivity Task Force and is a non-legislative committee member on the Kansas Broadband Task Force. She also serves as chair of the Telcom Insurance Group and the Kansas Lottery Commission. Moyer also serves on the board of the Rural Trust Insurance Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Middlebury College and a juris doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law.
