Dale Ridder joined the board of directors in 2026. He is the owner and operator of Ridder Farms LLC, a seven-generation family farm in Hermann, Missouri, that includes his three sons, a daughter-in-law and grandsons. The operation is a registered Charolais beef breeding program that sells cattle and genetics across the United States, as well as in Canada and Mexico. It also produces all the forage and grain used in the operation. Ridder also serves on the board of directors of FCS Financial.
