Glee Smith joined the board of directors in 2025. She is an attorney in Warrenton, Georgia, and is a sole practitioner. She also owns GCS Enterprises Inc., a rental housing business. She serves as chair of the AgGeorgia Farm Credit board of directors as an outside director. Smith graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College with a degree in politics and earned a law degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Ala.
