Rusty Brown joined the board of directors in 2026. Following 42 years in banking, most recently serving as market president of the Northern Neck Region, Atlantic Union Bank, in Warsaw, Virginia, Brown retired in September 2025 as a director (33 years) and former chairman of Northern Neck Electric Cooperative and as a director and former chairman of the VA-MD-DE Association of Electric Cooperatives, as well as a director of Old Dominion Electric Cooperative. Brown is the owner of Cobham Hall Farm, a grain and timber farm. He is a member of the CoBank board of directors and holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and has received several diplomas and certificates from banking schools.
