Skip Gray joined the board of directors in 2021. He resides in Albany, Oregon, where he owns and operates a diversified crop production business that produces vegetable and flower seeds, processed vegetables, hazelnuts and grass seed. He also is part owner of a seed company and hazelnut processing and sales company. Gray is a director for AgWest Farm Credit and served as treasurer for the Specialty Seed Growers of Western Oregon and past chair of the Farm Service Agency County Committee. He is a member of the Government Affairs Committee of Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Association of Agricultural Professional Executives, and a participant of The Executive Program for Agriculture Producers. Gray has a degree in education from George Fox University.
