Skip Gray has been on the board of directors since 2021, he owns and operates a diversified crop production business that produces vegetable and flower seeds, processed vegetables, hazelnuts and grass seed. He also is part owner of a seed company and hazelnut processing and sales company.  He is a director for AgWest Farm Credit. He has also served as treasurer for the Specialty Seed Growers of Western Oregon; past chair of the Farm Service Agency County Committee; a member of the Government Affairs Committee of Albany Area Chamber of Commerce; past president of the Association of Agricultural Professional Executives; and a participant of The Executive Program for Agriculture Producers. He has a degree in education from George Fox University.
