Stan Claussen joined the board of directors in 2018 and currently serves as board chair. Claussen farms with his wife Katherine, son Matt and daughter-in-law Leah in Montevideo, Minn. Their operation consists of corn, sugar beets, soybeans and alfalfa. Claussen also serves on the AgriBank board of directors and AgriBank District Farm Credit Council, on the Bushmills Ethanol, Fairland Land Management Company, the Buffalo Lake Lutheran Church Council, and chairs Area Churches Together (ACT), a parish serving six rural churches. Claussen is a 1971 graduate of Benson High School and attended Southwest Minnesota State University studying ag business.
