We are seeking an Account Management Specialist who will provide essential sales and account management support, helping to grow the assigned Corporate Business Development portfolios. This role will ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buyer’s journey by facilitating seamless coordination and collaboration with the sales team. This teammate will take ownership of monitoring the loan pipeline process, overseeing pre- and post-closing loan/lease activities, and managing customer onboarding. Additionally, they will support business growth by nurturing relationships with existing customers and handling tasks such as processing loan applications, gathering customer financial and insurance information, and promoting cash management products. The role requires fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships, educating clients on digital tools, and assisting with cash management service needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing
- Monitor and manage sales pipeline activity of assigned sales teammates.
- Facilitate industry team meetings and attend and participate in customer experience meetings.
- Work directly with customers to cross-sell and support value-added products and services.
- Loan Processing and Coordination
- Accountable for coordination and processing of new loan activities and servicing requests (application completion, verifying loan information, loan documentation, fee administration and collection, and all other pre and post-closing activities).
- Will involve a high level of direct contact and involvement with customers throughout the loan process and ongoing account management to include but not limited to activities such as general loan related questions, fraud issues, processing of cash management product requests, patronage inquiries, account transaction inquiries and problem issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with Loan Accounting and Closing teammates to ensure accurate and timely funding of loan activity and collection of applicable fees.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure service-level agreements are met and all approval exceptions are obtained and properly documented.

- Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a consistent quality level of service that is timely, thorough, and responsive to the needs of the customer.
