Are you a highly organized professional with a talent for managing details and supporting cross-functional teams? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Risk Management team primarily, with support also provided to Marketplace, Credit, Finance, and other business functions as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results. In this role, you’ll provide key administrative support to the Risk Management team, including maintaining the procedures manual, assisting in preparing risk reports, supporting meetings by coordinating agendas and materials, and drafting professional customer correspondence. Additionally, the role involves requesting and tracking customer information, monitoring customer records for updates, and providing administrative support to the Special Assets and Audit teams.
What You Need:
- Education: An associate’s degree in business, administrative support, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support role preferably in finance or risk related areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills: Strong communication skills for effective interactions with internal and external customers, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information and ability to prioritize work.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, administrative support or related field
- 1 year of experience in an office environment in a support or technical position
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong technical aptitude and computer utilization skills including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and other systems as needed
- Working knowledge of database software and reporting tools
- Skill in applying processes and procedures to data to come to make a logical decision
- Skill in gathering, compiling and organizing information
- Skill in utilizing time in an efficient and effective manner
- Skill in focusing and concentrating on details
