Administrative Assistant III (Hybrid – Columbia, SC)

The Administrative Assistant III is primarily responsible for monitoring the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes to ensure SLA timelines are monitored and met. Working with the Business Owners to ensure all request are submitted correctly and efficiently and assist with error resolution on the front end of the process to reduce delays with getting contracts executed. Assist with collation and continuous updating of vendor information for the entire vendor portfolio (this includes third and fourth Parties), assisting with the indexing of contracts to enable accurate reporting on contractual inclusions.
This role supports the development, modification, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program. Captures business requirements into detailed functional specifications and supports implementation activities. This position prepares system documentation, training, and communications to stakeholders, and provides support on inquiries on TPRM applic ations with a high focus on customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
– Assist with regulatory, consulting, and internal and external audit reviews.
– Assist with the creation of TPRM training materials and documentation.
– Assist with managing and communicating with the ACA on AgFirst as a Service Provider, ensuring all scheduled documents are posted on time to the SharePoint site.
– Administer and document all the Risks & Issues that occur with third parties and ensure all signoffs, and approvals are obtained and issues resolved.
– Produce and administer Business-level, management, and senior management reports for the TPRM program.
– Capture business requirements and assist with the design and implementation of any new TPRM systems and workflows.
– Maintain system information and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
– Coordinate and scribe TPRM meetings held across the organization.
– Support Manager with ad hoc projects and reporting as r equired

What you’ll need
– Education or experience equivalent to an Associate degree in secretarial science
– At least 5 years of comparable work experience and experience with third-party risk management a plus
– Able to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical problem-solving skills
– Demonstrate ability to work in diverse, team environment adhering to the highest ethical standards
