Administrative Office Assistant – Fostoria, OH
The Admin Office Assistant provides administrative support to the Legal and Credit Departments, as well as customer service to internal and external customers.
What You’ll Do:
– Assist our Legal Department with various tasks including certifying mortgages, preparing mortgage releases, filing releases with the appropriate county recorder, and tracking all files accordingly.
– Assist our Credit Department with organizing and maintaining memos in our policy system.
– Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers visiting our Fostoria, OH office.
– Assist our Leadership Team and Senior Management with various administrative tasks
What You’ll Need:
– One to two years of specialized administrative assistant training or equivalent experience.
– Four years of related work experience.
– Working knowledge of mortgages and other legal forms used by a lender preferred.
– Is a current Notary Public or will obtain a Notary Public specification within 30 days of hire.
– Possesses proficiency with personal computer skills and applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
– Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports.
– Proven attention to detail and time management skills.
– Able to work independently, manage changing priorities, maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with a diverse group of people.

Schedule
– Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
