Responsible for marketplace development, communication, relationship building and overall growth of the AgDirect program for non-retail originated transactions through a focused balance of sales and support targeted at agricultural-producers through private-party transactions, auction companies, and dealerships who consign equipment for agricultural producers. Originate transactions and follow leads in a thorough and timely manner to support sales activities and the flow of loan and lease transactions, information gathering and documentation. Work closely with AgDirect leadership, Financial Officers, AgDirect Territory Managers, and AgDirect Inside Sales Representatives to facilitate the flow of business originating directly from prospects/customers, retail offices, manufacturers and auction companies. Will assist and provide direction where needed with application processing, proposals, and coordination from submittal until the point of closing. Responsible for all activities involved with Auction/Private Party Sales portfolio volume of $50 Million+ annually. Work in a team environment to accomplish team goals.
