Summary
The holder of this position is responsible for the efficient and economical operation of the branch office with accountability for bottom-line results.
Responsibilities/Duties
– Ability to make and service loans
– Lead and direct the branch office in new business development efforts
– Assure prompt delivery of service to member-borrowers
– Develop and implement marketing and business plans
– Take a leadership role in promoting the Association at the local level
– Assure sound loans and lending practices
– Complete documentation and analysis of loans
– Direct financially related services
– Act on loans and loan-related actions within limits of delegated authority
Required Education/Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Agriculture
– Three years of credit experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
– Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Knowledge of computer applications
– Knowledge of local/state agriculture
