As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our organization’s continuous improvement efforts. From analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to collaborate with teams on system enhancements and LEAN initiatives, your work will help drive smarter, more efficient operations. What You’ll Do:
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on key systems, supporting optimization and adoption.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to lead solution sessions and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and document project plans and outlines.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and support resources.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented changes using data and feedback.
• Support project and change management efforts by helping teams navigate transitions smoothly.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who:
• Has a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of business process management, LEAN principles, and change management.
• Experience with managing projects
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Possesses strong analysis, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Must be a quick learner, adaptable and highly organized.

Internal candidates must have at least 1 year of Farm Credit experience, a Fully Successful rating or higher on their most recent performance review and have been in their current role for at least 1 year before applying.
