The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and reporting solutions. Will implement and maintain data integrity and data governance processes and procedure per the association’s risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Association’s BI and analytics strategy to achieve business plan objectives with regard to BI and data solutions. Leads the production of reports for Board and Management use.
• Assess and understand Farm Credit of Florida’s comprehensive data needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and leverage available data sources in an effort to integrate, analyze and present data in formats that provide actionable insights for executives, managers and committees.
• Implement and maintain robust data governance and integrity processes.
• Leverage automation tools, machine learning and artificial intelligence to increase efficiency in business operations.
• Perform hands-on BI Analyst tasks in addition to supervisory duties.
• Protect the confidentiality and integrity of the Association’s data assets.
• Align data management practices with the Association’s risk tolerance by developing and coordinating the Association’s model risk management procedures.

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing BI strategies.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools and platforms.
• Leadership experience managing data/analytics teams.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and various BI tools. • Experience with data warehousing and process of extracting and transforming data.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting techniques . Competent to analyze alternative solutions to technical and business system problems and recommend appropriate actions.
