ArborOne Farm Credit provides loans to farmers and rural residents in 12 counties in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. ArborOne Farm Credit is seeking a Business Services Specialist to provide excellent operational support with confidence and efficiency. This individual will be responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external customers by working as the main front desk personnel for the Florence office, capturing customer leads and answering basic questions about loan products, researching and relaying customer information and requests, posting payments and processing loan draw requests, maintenance of customer accounts, scanning loan documents, and other administrative duties.

Required Qualifications
Must have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize responsibilities. Qualified applicants will have: an Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working in a professional office environment. Proficient in MS Office is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
An agricultural background and customer service experience is preferred.
