The incumbent will also be responsible for a variety of analysis functions including business and technical requirements solicitation, technical design, meeting facilitation, and software testing.

This position requires...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experiences in an analyst role or in an IT environment is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with users in complex problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Strong written, oral, listening and communication skills.
- Have excellent analytical skills in understanding complex data relationships.
- Possess understanding in the areas of application development and system design.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Must be able to work directly with Business stakeholders to solve moderately complex problems through business analysis, technical assessment and data management on the Salesforce platform.
