High Plains Farm Credit is currently recruiting a Capital Markets Servicing Specialist to focus on workflow management, compliance monitoring, loan staging, and pricing for participated and syndicated loans. The Capital Markets Servicing Specialist may also assist with financial analysis, narrative creation, or other servicing actions.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor Deal Notices by downloading documents, posting or forwarding information, and updating the participation schedule.
- Monitors all credits after booking, including tracking compliance certificates and financial updates.
- Verify pricing level changes and complete special pricing requests as needed.
- Reviews documents prepared by peers and external lead lenders, ensuring a variety of detailed loan documents, including credit agreements, are accurate and complete prior to closing.
- Complete post-closing reviews to confirm all documents are executed and filed.
- Maintain daily interest rates reporting and month end reports.
- Assist with financial spreading, underwriting of narratives, and appropriate approval processes.
QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS
- Associate’s degree in accounting, business or relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Proficient in generating highly accurate work, organizing, and prioritizing duties.
- General knowledge of loan documentation and servicing processes.
