Job Responsibilities/Duties:
The Capital Markets Support Specialist is responsible for completing daily teller functions related to participation and syndication loans, updating the database to reflect loan activity, preparing and reviewing transaction reports, correcting errors, and communicating participation loan status to participation partners. In addition to accounting responsibilities this position will support the Capital Markets team with various organizational tasks, provide general analytical and financial analysis as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business administration or ag business
- 1-3 years of related experience in banking or a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and team skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Compensation:
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 (minimum) – $70,000 (maximum) annually, depending on experience. This position is eligible for our annual incentive program in addition to base compensation.
