Overview
Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking a Corporate Account Specialist to join our Corporate Lending team. Qualified candidates may work in the Mechanicsburg, PA, Mount Joy, PA, or Chambersburg, PA, branch locations. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional with a passion for supporting the Ag community.
Posting Description: In this position, you’ll work closely with our Corporate Lending team to provide high-quality support in completing various origination, reporting, and loan servicing functions. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and internal teams. Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain documentation and support servicing for Corporate and Capital Markets accounts.
Supports the ACBS Loan Verification process by completing ACBS data input forms and coordinating the verification steps with Finance.
Completes routine administrative duties such as documenting and monitoring CRM to ensure timeliness and regulatory compliance.
Partner with the Corporate sales team to support opportunity and deal generation, appraisal ordering, and documentation verification. Act as a final check for financial information before underwriting.
Monitor accounts for compliance with loan agreements and ongoing conditions.
Provide capacity and support across Credit, Lending, and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance.
Experience
Generally, one to five years of previous sales support experience or related experience is preferred. Familiarity with agricultural or commercial lending is a plus.

Proficient interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
A basic knowledge of agricultural or commercial lending and related financial products and services.
Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.
Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Salary range: $55,300 – $68,000, depending on previous experience.
