Join the Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma team as a Credit Support Specialist and play a key role in the Association’s loan accounting and customer service role. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma serves 17 counties in Central and Western Oklahoma with seven branch locations. The qualified candidate would be a self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment. This position will be located in the Anadarko branch location.
Key responsibilities include customer service, loan accounting and general office/clerical operations, process loan payments, assists with loan servicing, preparation of loan documents, closing and legal/security documents, including assisting with loan closings. Answers phone, greets visitors, answer inquiries, and resolves routing problems; initiates correspondence and prepares reports. Required skills include general knowledge of accounting/financial systems and loan documentation requirements. The candidate will exhibit good oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and proficient in personal computers and related software including email, word processing and spreadsheets. The candidate should have the ability to adapt within a changing environment and possess an intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
