POSITION: Credit Support Specialist
LOCATION: Spanish Fork, Utah
GRADE: 7-8 (base salary min/max range $33,805 - $54,387) plus up to 10% additional performance based variable incentive compensation. Comprehensive benefit package also provided.
STATUS: Non-Exempt
RESPONSIBILITY: Provide administrative and technical support for effective credit delivery and excellent customer service.
Prepare credit and public records searches; perform credit verifications; answer telephones and greet customers; receive and properly process customer payments and loan disbursements.
Maintain, verify, and update customer and loan data in Association software systems; edit, proof, and prepare documents for final printing or electronic delivery.
Maintain, review, and manage electronic credit files. Responsible for interoffice communications, aiding customers with account information; preparing correspondence and reports; filing; and general office functions as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff. Strong working knowledge of computer technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications. Administrative, banking, lending, or legal experience preferred. Associates degree or 2 years post high school education equivalent. General familiarity with agriculture is preferred.
GENERAL DATA: For over 100 years, the Association has been providing agricultural lending services to commercial and mortgage borrowers in Utah and portions of Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona.
