The Credit/Executive Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Lending Officer. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, communications, presentations, agendas, Board materials, filing, and scanning. The Credit/Executive Assistant will also be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and assisting with Association reporting requirements, risk rating, classification changes, and Loan Servicing Reports as well as maintaining out-of-territory concurrences and verifications. Also responsible for reconciliation of Work In Process (WIP), delinquencies, rate locks and payoffs; proofing and publishing policy updates on SharePoint, reviewing credit data for monthly Board Reports, semi-annual Quick Loan Reporting, Loan Portfolio Management Reports, and Internal Credit Review follow up reporting. The Credit/Executive Assistant will facilitate training schedules for the operations and credit analyst teams. Other duties include overseeing Branch past dues, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements and various meetings, completing special projects, and providing backup support to Credit Administration department.
- Associate Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent considered. Two to five years in related work experience desirable.
- Preferred experience in lending activities.
- Experience with administrative support and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic professional with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and other business partners.
- Proficient in use of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe.
- Love of customer service.
