**The ideal candidate will work roughly 15-20 hours per week. Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Key in prequalification applications and maintaining accurate records. Create and update customer records, prequalification applications, and leads and opportunities.
  • Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
  • Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received.
  • Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed.
  • Assist with reporting and special projects.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Experience

  • Previous mortgage or banking industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
