Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Key in prequalification applications and maintaining accurate records. Create and update customer records, prequalification applications, and leads and opportunities.
- Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
- Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received.
- Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed.
- Assist with reporting and special projects.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Years of Experience
- Previous mortgage or banking industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
