We are seeking a Data Integration Engineer to join our Data Integration Team. In addition to building data driven solutions that support the team’s vision and responsibilities, you will take on complex data-related problems and apply concepts with modern tools and platforms. Your work will impact our mission to evolve to be agriculture’s most valued financial partner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable, low-latency, and fault-tolerant data platform that supports both batch and real-time data pipelines —leveraging technologies like Apache Kafka (Confluent), Python, dbt, Boomi, Qlik Replicate, and Snowflake — to collect, process, and deliver timely insights to end users and decision systems.
• Serve as a resource for data integration implementations on other technology teams, and collaborate with data domain owners, business owners, and leaders.
• Drive continual improvement and automation of our data platform and processes.
• Help drive adoption of the Data Analytics platform as part of the larger data strategy.
• Maintain an on-going understanding of emerging data management technologies, industry trends and best practices.
• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
