Our ideal candidate is a leader with experience implementing meaningful evaluation strategies to measure real impact, experience with multi-modal learning, and a passion for driving a culture of learning & development.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute an enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned to business and talent goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Learning Specialists
  • Build participant-centered programs across in-person, virtual, and digital platforms
  • Develop resources like facilitator guides, quick reference tools, and job aids
  • Implement meaningful evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4) to measure real impact
  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders across departments and levels—building alignment, trust, and influence
  • Oversee the LMS platform and ensure training is scalable, relevant, and data-informed
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success leading L&D strategy and scaling learning in complex organizations
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and leadership development
  • Experience with multi-modal learning (eLearning, virtual, classroom, blended)
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across an organization
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies. Cornerstone experience is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset, strategic focus, and commitment to results
