Due to a planned retirement, Farm Credit SEMO is seeking an Executive Assistant at our Central Office in Sikeston, reporting to the President/CEO. We are looking for a positive, friendly and collaborative team member who will provide excellent customer service and support.
Provides administrative support to the President/CEO and Board of Directors. Assists accounting department. Promotes harmonious working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, members and other businesses by maintaining a positive attitude and high level of self-motivation.
- Qualifying Characteristics: Oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of business English, communication formats, grammar and math; effective time management; ability to multi-task with minimal supervision; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; skills in operating office equipment; and clerical and telephone communication skills.
- Minimum Requirements: Associate degree in Business or related field. Bachelor degree preferred.
- Prior Work Experience: Five or more years of administrative support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
