Support the general ledger, loan accounting, pricing, and loan origination systems across multiple environments (production, test, development and disaster recovery). Work with business owners to clearly define business needs and to create a better understanding of the associated business value. Analyze business/user requirements and identify potential risks or interdependencies that need to be accounted for in the implementation, enhancement or development of financial systems. Facilitate and coordinate project prioritization to ensure efforts meet the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Assist in coordinating, evaluating and analyzing operational and functional process efficiencies for financial teams and financial systems. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement with system functionality and system processes.
