The internship will include working with the Benefits leadership team to assess and develop a proposal for the governing bodies of Farm Credit Benefits Alliance regarding future state options. Additionally, there are other project opportunities to learn and apply critical thinking and analysis to develop proposed solutions as a part of this robust internship experience. Basic Qualifications - Pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline - Minimum GPA of 3.0 - Be a standing junior or senior (if undergraduate) Minimum Qualifications - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Ability to work 20-25 hours per week - Ability to focus and work in a fast-paced environment - Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills - Well-developed communication and organizational skill Preferred Skills - Fluency and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office product Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
