  • Understand HR Systems like Dayforce, Jira Service Management and/or M365 platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams to elicit, analyze, and document HR system requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation or enhancement of HR systems and related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Serve as the bridge between internal teams, HR partners, and IT/vendors to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain multiple large/complex project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management methodologies to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
  • Lead the development and execution of test plans, validate system functionality, and coordinate communications to ensure readiness for deployment

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related technology
  • Five years of HRIS and/or HR technology operations, process improvement and project management experience
  • Preferred certifications in project management and/or business analysis
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job


Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated technical competence with various Payroll/HR information systems (e.g. Dayforce , ADP, UKG)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong skill in analyzing current business processes to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Skill in analyzing information to formulate logical and objective conclusions
  • Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Skill operating in a changing and evolving environment
  • Working knowledge of project management and process improvement best practices
  • Preferred working knowledge of XML, SQL
