Farm Credit of Central Florida, a leading agribusiness lender is looking for a creative and strategic Integrated Marketing Manager to help us strengthen our brand, support sales initiatives, and drive business growth through innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives. Reporting to Chief Marketing & Risk Officer, this individual will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution-supporting both the marketing and sales functions to ensure consistent messaging, effective campaigns, and measurable results.
Responsibilities of the Integrated Marketing Manager include:
– Ensures support to the sales teams and each market segment in reaching business plan goals and objectives.
– Facilitates business development and public relations activities with the business team.
– Manages the promotional and marketing communication materials, budgets, and marketing plans to support effective sales and marketing efforts.
– Coordinates trade shows and events that are regional and association-wide.
– Provides research into various market segments to provide management with useful information from which sound business decisions can be made. Research includes managing customer surveys, ongoing investigation of new options as well as maintaining current databases.
– Evaluates current marketing initiatives to measure success and future improvements, as well as gaining insight on customer behavior.
– Creates, develops, produces, and ensures the placement of advertisements in appropriate media to enhance the image of the associat ion and promote products and services.
– Writes articles and shoots photographs for news releases on new employees and develops ads for the service center teams or market segments.
– Writes customer letters and edits speeches/presentations for internal and external functions such as employee and customer/prospect meetings and community presentations.
– Responsible for assigned special projects, meetings and trade shows and taking them from concept to production. Projects include annual director elections, customer appreciation events, business plan projects, training sessions, and staff social functions.
Required Qualifications:
– Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field, with 5 years of related experience.
– Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and salesmanship.
– Displays original thinking and creativity.
– Demonstrated creative writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
– Ability to travel for farm visits, training, overnight travel etc.
– Excellent computer skills; Knowledge of MS Office Programs, desk top publishing, Adobe Suite systems, CRM platforms and web design.
– Understanding of organizational budget and its impact on financial results.
