Learning and Administrative Specialist – Greenville, NC

As a Learning and Administrative Specialist at AgCarolina Farm Credit, you’ll play a key role in supporting learning and development and administrative operations. You’ll work independently to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO and leadership team. You’ll be part of a culture that values mentorship, candid conversations, attention to detail, and timely decision-making—all in service of agriculture and rural communities.

What You’ll Do:
– Coordinate and execute organizational meetings and training sessions across multiple locations, ensuring all logistics, materials, facilities and vendor services are seamlessly managed.
– Maintain efficient day-to-day administrative operations by overseeing office environments, calendars, supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs to support business continuity.
– Provide proactive support to the CEO ensuring schedules, travel, meetings, and key initiatives are organized and executed effectively.
– Works with learning and development department to support internal and external training programs.
– Manages employee training hours and required annual trainings.
– Supports onboarding of new employees and employee transitions from a training and career development perspective.
– Facilitates clear, timely, and professional communication across employees, leadership, vendors, and external partner s to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and successful execution of organizational activities.

What We’re Looking For:
– Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associates degree in business, finance, or related field
– At least three years of administrative experience
– Strong analytical, judgment, and communication (oral and written) skills
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Demonstrates tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations
– Quick learner, adaptable, and strong problem solver
– A desire to help others learn and grow
– Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
– Ability to travel within and outside AgCarolina’s territory for training and meetings

Internal candidates must have at least 1 year of Farm Credit experience, a Fully Successful rating or higher on their most recent performance review and have been in their current role for at least 1 year before applying.
