Legal Documentation Analyst, full-time position available in Administrative North office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
The Legal Documentation Analyst will analyze loan information to prepare accurate legal documentation for new loans and loan servicing actions; support branch personnel by answering general inquiries; communicate with branch personnel and title company personnel to expedite the loan documentation process; the Loan Processor will provide backup support to the Loan Servicing Specialist; and other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three years related work experience or some post-high school education.
- Experience in documenting commercial and/or mortgage loans desired.
- Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions.
- Proficient in use of personal computer including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must generate highly accurate work and demonstrate proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS:

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $4,200 (minimum) – $5,000 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval.
WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM:
Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees’ home office. Please note, this is not a fully remote position.
