Responsibilities: Provide and promote credit services to our members by facilitating all aspects of the lending process. This includes processing applications, analyzing records, approving collateral, analyzing repayment ability, making sound loan recommendations, loan approvals and loan servicing functions. Additionally, the position is responsible for marketing loan products to prospective customers and building relationships with existing customers and educating them on the benefits of existing Association products and services.
Requirements: Must be very customer service oriented with exceptional sales skills and a positive work attitude. Have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business with a farming or ag-business background. Two years or more of lending experience preferred. Must have a strong sales background and enjoy making sales calls to farmers.
