What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you’ll be at the heart of our business—building relationships, driving growth, and making an impact. Your role will include:
🔹Engaging with new business prospects and expanding our reach in your assigned region
🔹Representing AgTrust at public events to strengthen our community presence
🔹Guiding clients through financial solutions, helping them secure leases, loans, and cash management services
🔹Conducting financial analyses and making informed credit decisions
🔹Managing loan servicing tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies
🔹Assisting borrowers in overcoming financial challenges and maintaining positive loan performance
What We’re Looking For
We want go-getters who are ready to hit the ground running! If you have:
✅A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✅ Financial acumen and basic to intermediate accounting skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
✅ Exceptional communication and customer service skills
✅ A background in and passion for sales and relationship building.
✅ A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel (15%)
✅A strong work ethic and a passion for helping businesses succeed
