Position Summary: Performs daily duties, which include loan servicing and payment posting. Answers phone, greets visitors, and resolves routine problems; initiates correspondence and prepares reports. Establishes relevant files within the electronic filing system, maintains a variety of loan records; including legal/security documents and completes required data entry. Coordinates workflow with Branch and Administration and perform loan accounting functions.
Minimum Qualifications: Position requires Associate’s Degree in business or related field. Experience of approximately two years in credit support or related office experience performing similar functions. Agricultural knowledge or background desired. Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work. Proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience with basic accounting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Skill in oral, written and interpersonal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Regular attendance is required on this job, with the ability to work a full 8 hour day.
