Generalist responsibility for customer account set up/maintenance, support and training as it relates to the Magnify customers and teammates with specialization as required in each respective discipline. Contribute to success of the Magnify Team by onboarding customers to the financial record keeping solution. Complete financial records input and reconciliation of transactions for customers as required. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide support to the Magnify team, retail teams and customers. Create and deliver teammate and customer facing training content. Coordinate information and work flow among team members including information transfer to regional team members. Continually seek improvements to existing processes and procedures and systems used to manage day-to-day operations.
