Farm Credit of the Virginias is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Join our dynamic marketing team and play a key role in supporting the Association’s mission through innovative marketing strategies and digital outreach. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns, social media and web content, assist with event coordination, and support day-to-day marketing operations. Responsibilities/Duties
• Support Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaigns- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and social media efforts.
• Create Content for Web and Social Platforms- Develop text, image, and voice content that aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Ensure Brand Consistency- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency across digital, social, and marketing campaigns.
• Support Marketing Operations and Events- Provide administrative support, assist with budgeting, and help coordinate Customer Appreciation Events and promotional materials.
• Manage Marketing Inventory and Vendor Coordination- Oversee promotional item inventory, coordinate vendor orders, and manage marketing materials and catalog systems.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two plus years of relevant experience in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of MS O ffice, Adobe Creative Suites, email marketing, and social media management.
• Driver’s license for work-related travel.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people demonstrates excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to deliver and create content (text, image, and video).
• Demonstrated creative, proofreading, and editing experience.
• Builds internal and external networks; understands trends impacting the business.
• Effective project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• General knowledge of the rural communities we serve.
• Availability to travel for on-site farm and branch office visits and training.
• Availability to work outside normal business hours.

Salary Range: $50,500-$84,300 (depending on location) plus incentive opportunities
