The Member Digital Solutions Manager leads the Association’s efforts in developing and deploying platforms which facilitate Member transactions and Member specific information exchange. Platforms and functions in this area will be Member facing and may include: DocuSign, Online Banking, Online Member Information Portal, Online Loan Application, etc. The Member Digital Solutions Manager develops the Association plan for deployment of Member facing solutions, serves as the lead with technology partners in making decisions around new or updated platforms, and contributes to building awareness and training internally around these platforms. The Member Digital Solutions Manager will oversee the daily maintenance required of Member facing digital solutions.
