At GreenStone Farm Credit Services, we believe in the power of effective project management, and we're looking for a motivated intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our project managers and contributing to the success of our projects.
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $19/hour.
Duration: May 2024- August 2024

Key Responsibilities of a Project Management Intern:
- Project Setup: Assist project managers in setting up projects, both recurring and one-time, using our project management tool.
- Task and Time Management: Follow up on late tasks and timesheets, ensuring that project timelines are adhered to.
- PMO Site Organization: Organize and clean up the PMO team site, maintaining a well-structured and accessible repository of project resources.
- Meeting Support: Take detailed notes during PMO meetings, capturing action items, decisions, and key discussions.
- Large Project Assistance: Provide support on larger projects, working collaboratively with project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Communication: Send out weekly PMO reminders to staff, keeping them informed of project-related updates, and follow up with staff to address any concerns.
- Small Project Management: Take the lead on running small projects, from initiation to completion, under the guidance of project managers.
- Risk/Issue Management: Assist with identifying, tracking, and managing project risks and issues to mitigate potential roadblocks.
Requirements:
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or project management.
- Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
