The Regional Vice President, Field Operations leads and manages a team of regional field offices encompassing lending operations by planning and implementing strategic initiatives and tactics that support the Association’s vision and goals.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Lead, manage, and develop Lending Regional Managers and field office teams, setting performance standards and supporting career growth.
  • Serve as a role model for the association’s vision, mission, and values, and mentor staff across the organization.
  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives for lending operations, working closely with senior management.
  • Collaborate with other field leaders to drive consistency, share best practices, and support organizational success.
  • Communicate and execute corporate direction across regional offices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee credit administration, monitor adherence to policies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow lending portfolios and enhance customer experience.
  • Advocate for a sales culture mindset and oversee product knowledge, sales, and servicing training.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulations; address audit findings and maintain internal controls.
  • Serve as a liaison with third parties, including other Farm Credit institutions and service providers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or agriculture and 7 years of related experience in agribusiness, credit analysis or sales, including 5 years of supervisory experience;
Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and skillset sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
