About the Role: As a Salesforce/nCino Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical configuration, maintenance, and ongoing administration of Salesforce, nCino, and related internal and third‑party systems. You will manage platform design, user access, integrations, updates, and lifecycle processes to keep lending and operational workflows efficient, reliable, and scalable. The role ensures the platform stays up to date, secure, and aligned with business needs while supporting users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform & User Administration: Manage Salesforce/nCino configuration, customizations, user provisioning, roles, profiles, security settings, and access controls.
- Enhancements & Integrations: Design, build, test, and deploy platform enhancements while maintaining integrations across on‑premise, cloud, SaaS, and Salesforce Azure environments.
- Lifecycle & System Management: Oversee release readiness, environment management, feature packages, documentation, and routine reviews to ensure stability, integrity, and long‑term sustainability.
- Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, assess Association wide impacts, and provide reporting and best‑practice support.

What You Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential job functions
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification and nCino Administrator Certification
Technical Strengths & Skills:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and supporting Salesforce Azure environments
- Proven ability to leverage AutoRABIT for Salesforce DevOps automation, deployments, version control integration, and release management
- Strong understanding of Microsoft software suites, connectivity, and general application server configuration
- Skilled in troubleshooting, communication, and systematic problem‑solving
- Able to work independently or collaboratively across cross‑functional teams with strong attention to detail
- Committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of systems and client data

Candidates must reside in our Loan Service Area (Missouri).
Preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO. All other FCS Financial Branch Locations will be considered in our Loan Servicing Area.
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Hybrid work environment and flexible work schedule will be considered based off of the candidates’ qualifications and needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
- 3 years related experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- nCino Administrator Certification
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning
- Working knowledge of supporting Salesforce Azure environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Software Suites functionality and connectivity
- Working knowledge general application server configuration and management
- Highly collaborative with effective listening, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customers
- Detail oriented and ability to function independently or in a team environment.
