South Region Servicing Specialist – Burgaw and Kenansville

As a Regional Servicing Specialist at AgCarolina Farm Credit, you will support loan origination, loan accounting, and servicing activities while providing coverage across multiple branches within your assigned region. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our members and internal partners while ensuring internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll work as part of a team that values teamwork, flexibility, attention to detail, and service to agriculture and rural communities.
What You’ll Do:
As a Regional Servicing Specialist, you’ll provide flexible loan origination, accounting, and servicing support across multiple branch locations while delivering exceptional service to members and internal partners.
– Support loan origination by monitoring CRM queues, coordinating internal loan closings, verifying approvals and documentation, and completing post-closing follow-up
– Maintain accurate digital and hard-copy security files, ensuring all documentation is complete and current
– Perform loan accounting and servicing activities, including transaction processing, deposits, daily balancing, payment processing, and general ledger entries
– Monitor system reports, resolve errors, and ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures are followed
– Maintain collateral insurance and security files, including Deed of Trust releases and UCC continuations or terminat ions
– Collaborate with Branch Managers and teammates to coordinate workload coverage across the region
– Deliver high-quality service while managing changing priorities and dynamic workloads

What We’re Looking For:
– Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance
– Strong analytical, judgment, and communication (oral and written) skills
– Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and self-direction
– Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
– Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel for Association business, including commuting to multiple branches by opening and closing times
– Adaptability and flexibility in changing work environments
– Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to efficiently navigate multiple software systems and internal platforms
– Understanding of data security, confidential ity, and proper system usage
– Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Internal candidates must have at least 1 year of Farm Credit experience, a Fully Successful rating or higher on their most recent performance review and have been in their current role for at least 1 year before applying.
