We are seeking a Succession and Retirement Planning Consultant to join our team! This role will provide quality consulting services and solutions that contribute to customer satisfaction and success. Consults with customers on their estate, retirement, and transition plans. Maintains a highly sophisticated level of knowledge and expertise in estate planning, business entity, tax, and consulting fields.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers quality consulting services to customers to expand relationships and create opportunities. Seeks to understand customer needs and goals to present best solutions.
- Acts as a facilitator, discussion leader, counselor, and advisor to assist customers in solving succession concerns, retirement issues, and resolving potential or real conflicts.
- Advises customers on estate planning transition and/or expansion, entity analysis, and problem resolution.
- Through timely and accurate counseling, leads and facilitates customers through analyzing and resolving pertinent personal and business issues, particularly those issues in the areas of estate planning business structure and transition.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of products and services to provide solid financial solutions that contribute to customer satisfaction and success.
- Ensures recommended solutions are in compliance with legal and tax regulations, along with policies and procedures.
- Collaborates as a key resource in designing, developing, and implementing education programs. Participates in the development and delivery of program content, procedures, and goals to enhance the total value brought to customers and staff. Ensure programs are responsive to customer needs, the marketplace, and the environment by integrating all products and services into a valuable package.
- Coordinates with corporate departments, retail offices, and teammates to enhance and expand marketing opportunities to our customers.
- Identifies market potential and assists the Marketing department in developing and implementing promotions, advertisements, and other marketing programs.
- Identifies customer needs and facilitates solutions through teammates.
- Coordinates educational class and presentations to provide a quality learning environment for customers and teammates.
- Develop training tools and materials to enhance presentations and marketing opportunities.
- Maintains a highly sophisticated level of knowledge and expertise in estate planning, accounting, tax, and consulting fields while serving as an educational and informational resource for customers and staff. Proactively expands and maintains expert and technical competency through continuing education.
