Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking a Temporary Digital Banking Support Representative to join our team. The chosen candidate will assist our customers with their digital banking needs. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate support to users of our online and mobile banking platforms. Support is primarily provided by phone and email, and includes helping customers troubleshoot issues, navigate digital tools, and complete routine banking tasks.

 

This position is full time, non-exempt working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefits eligible. Position will begin on September 23rd, 2025 and is anticipated to last 60-90 days.

 

Mandatory time in Colorado Springs office October 27th-November 2nd.

Responsibilities:

 

Customer Service and Technical Support

  • Provides accurate and efficient customer service and technical support for all Digital Banking products.
  • Guides users through system tasks, offering informal training and clear, step-by-step instructions as needed.
  • Promotes the features and benefits of bank products and services during customer interactions, helping users understand available options and connecting customers to other departments as needed.
  • Provides phone and email support to internal and external customers resolving complex, in-depth issues often requiring lengthy calls or emails. Assists with common technical issues such as password resets, login problems, transaction inquiries, and navigation of digital tools.
  • Troubleshoots technical issues and escalates complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Guides customers through step-by-step solutions and provides clear instructions.
  • Monitors and documents customer interactions in the Create Digital system.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge on system updates, bank policies, and digital tools to provide accurate support.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

 

Minimum Qualifying Characteristics:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, finance or business administration
  • 2 years of customer experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Working knowledge and practice of customer service principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of core banking systems
  • General knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements and industry standards related to digital banking
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite sufficient to create, update and save basic documents
  • Proficiency using digital banking technologies, platforms and tools including online banking systems, mobile banking applications, digital payment solutions, cybersecurity measures and data analytics tools
  • Skill in compiling and analyzing data to draw logical conclusions
  • Skill in learning and applying standard processes and procedures
  • Skill in entering data quickly and accurately
  • Skill in learning new technologies and capabilities
  • Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner
  • Skill in interacting and working effectively with others
  • Skill in creating and sustaining positive working relationships with co-workers
  • Skill in oral and written communication, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customers
  • Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer’s problem or issue to find resolution

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000

 

This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.  Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.  In addition, benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, tax advantage accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
