On February 16, 2017, Farm Credit Council wrote to the chair and ranking member of the Senate Appropriations Committee’s Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration and Related Agencies in support of adequate funding for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Community Facility Guaranteed Loan Program.
